01Acceptance
These Terms of Sale govern every purchase from SC Peptides through sc-peptides.com. By placing an order you accept these terms, the Research Use Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not order.
02Research use acknowledgement
Every order requires an affirmative acknowledgement at checkout that the materials are purchased solely for in-vitro laboratory research, are not for human or veterinary use and are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic or clinical use. This acknowledgement is a condition of sale and is recorded with the order.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you represent that you are qualified to receive and handle laboratory research materials and that your purchase is lawful where you are.
04Ordering, pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and any applicable taxes, which are shown before payment. We may correct pricing errors, limit quantities and refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including after confirmation; where we cancel an order we have charged, the payment is returned in full. You cannot cancel an order once it is placed. Payment is collected at the time of order by card through our payment processor.
05Shipping and risk of loss
Orders ship as described in the Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for an accurate address and for receipt at that address.
06All sales final
Because research materials cannot be verified once they leave our control, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, we do not issue refunds, we do not replace shipments, and an order cannot be cancelled once it is placed. The Returns Policy states the position on a shipment that arrives damaged or incorrect, arrives late or does not arrive, and the one circumstance in which money is returned: where we cancel an order we have already charged.
07Documentation and warranty disclaimer
Each lot is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis issued by Freedom Diagnostics, an independent laboratory, describing the identity and purity of the sample tested. Beyond the accuracy of that document as issued, materials are provided as is for research use, without any warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We make no statement about the effect of any material.
08Liability, indemnity and governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SC Peptides is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, and its total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. You agree to indemnify SC Peptides against claims arising from your use, handling or distribution of any material. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California; disputes are brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of order applies.
