SC Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds. This applies to change of mind, ordering errors, an unwanted quantity, and material that is unopened or unused. Once a material leaves our custody its storage and handling can no longer be verified, so it cannot re-enter inventory and cannot be supplied to another researcher. Do not send material back to us: it is not accepted, and it is not refunded or credited.
02No cancellations
An order cannot be cancelled, amended or redirected once it has been placed, and payment is not returned. Payment is taken at the time of order and the order enters fulfilment immediately. Check the items, quantities and shipping address on the review step before you pay.
03Damaged, incorrect or undelivered shipments
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. We do not replace, refund or credit a shipment that arrives damaged, arrives late, does not arrive, or contains a material, quantity or lot other than the one on your order confirmation, and there is no claim window or claim procedure for one. If a vial arrives damaged, do not use the material: what is in it can no longer be relied on to be what its Certificate of Analysis describes.
04Orders we refuse or cannot fulfil
Separately from the above, we may refuse, limit or cancel an order ourselves — for example where an order indicates intended human or animal use, where the destination is one we do not ship to, or where a pricing or stock error has occurred. Where we cancel an order we have already charged, the payment for that order is returned in full. That is the reversal of a sale we declined to make, not a remedy for anything that went wrong with a shipment, and it is the only circumstance in which money is returned.
